For the time being, Kai USA is limiting access to our buildings. Our doors are currently closed to anyone except Kai USA employees. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are here for warranty, sharpening, or parts request: We are happy to announce that warranty and sharpening services are currently accepting claims through the warranty and sharpening pages on our website. This includes parts requests(Kershaw and ZT only). Social distancing guidelines will continue to be implemented to help ensure the health and safety of our employees. As a result of this new workflow, turnaround times will likely be longer than usual. Please check our warranty and sharpening pages for updates.
